In this paper we propose a methodology based on AHP and SAW to prioritize the proposed projects and determine the physical weights of the activities in a selected project. At last we present a case study in witch we have used the proposed methodology for 11 developmental projects in a car manufacturing company and validate the methodology by comparison of the results with the experts' opinions who are responsible to evaluate projects in that company.
