The 4th IASTED International Conference on Modelling, Simulation, and Optimization (MSO 2004) will be held from August 16 to 18, 2004, on the beautiful island of Kauai in Hawaii. This conference will provide an international forum for researchers and practitioners interested in the advances in, and applications of, modelling, simulation, and optimization. It is an opportunity to present and observe the latest research, results, and ideas in these areas. Highlights of the week will include paper sessions, tutorials, and keynote addresses.
