Lisa Kart is a Research Director focusing on advanced analytics, including predictive and prescriptive capabilities and big data uses in multiple industries. She has more than 20 years of experience in applying advanced analytics to solve complex business problems.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Kart was with Fair Isaac Corp. (commonly known as FICO), where she was director of Product Management for FICO's analytics products and services. Before her role in product management, she worked as an analytics consultant, helping financial services organizations optimize decisions across the customer life cycle. Prior to that, she was a key contributor to a prescriptive analytic methodology to optimize decision strategies. Before FICO, Ms. Kart was a scientist at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where she analyzed risks for the U.S. Department of Energy. She holds an M.S., Operations Research, University of California, Berkeley.
